I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic approach. This means attention is paid to building a trusting supportive relationship so that you can feel safe for us delve into your experience together.
I also work from a holistic framework that considers the relationship of mind, body, and spirit. We will pay attention to to the the innate wisdom your body holds about your experience. You will learn techniques to restore balance to your nervous system so that you can learn how to reprocess difficult memories, experience, thoughts and emotions more effectively.
